Can Blockchain Transactions Be Reversed?

No, blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once they have been written to the blockchain. The immutable nature of blockchains ensures that all data and transactions stored within them are permanent and irreversible. This is due to the cryptographic hash functions used to add blocks of data to the chain, which render each transaction unalterable once it has been added.

The distributed nature of blockchain networks means that it would require a near-impossible level of coordination and computing power for someone to attempt to reverse or alter a transaction in any meaningful way. As such, this makes it incredibly difficult for malicious actors or hackers to carry out double-spending or other activities that require reversing transactions on a blockchain network.
